🌷 Order & Payment Policy

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept approved online payments through our website. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

🌷 Custom & Floral Design Policy

  • All floral arrangements are custom-made and unique. While we strive to match the style, color palette, and overall look shown in photos, exact flowers and designs may vary depending on seasonal availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure the quality and beauty of your arrangement.

🌷 Delivery Policy

  • We offer delivery Monday–Sunday, subject to availability.

  • Delivery time frames may vary and are not guaranteed at an exact time.

  • Same-day delivery is subject to availability and cutoff times.

  • Please ensure the delivery address and recipient information are correct. Maria’s Amor Floral Shop is not responsible for deliveries delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.

🌷 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
• Changes to orders must be requested at least 24–48 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
• 🌷 A 50% deposit is required to place an order. The deposit is non-refundable. Care & Responsibility Policy

  • Once flowers are delivered or picked up, Maria’s Amor Floral Shop is not responsible for damage caused by weather, pets, or improper care. Flower longevity varies depending on care and environment.

  • We may take photos or videos of arrangements, events, or flower bars for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.
